    Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, ITS officer of 1988 batch, joined TCIL on 27.01.2021. Before joining TCIL, he was working as Director (Technical) in Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. (MTNL), New Delhi.

    A result oriented person having 30 years of diverse and extensive work experience in Planning, large size Project Management, Installation, Operations & maintenance of Telecom Network in Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Delhi and some of the most difficult terrain and terrorist affected area of the country like Srinagar Valley, Laddakh region, Siachin Valley of J&K, HP, N.E. region, etc, Experience in restoration of telecom network during natural calamities, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and conducting due-diligence, Analyze Telecom market, preparation of Business, Marketing & Technical plan and Financial Modelling, financial appraisal, cost-benefit analysis of large size telecom projects. Handled many multi million dollars investment proposal on behalf of MTNL for acquiring new Telecom licenses and acquisition of Telecom companies in foreign countries in Gulf, African region and Nepal.

    Experience in organization Re-structuring, Human Resource Management and development, cross culture management and working at leadership position, administration and Management in tough and challenging work environment.

    Implemented Telecom N/W Project for CWG-2010, City Surveillance & Wi-Fi Project in Mumbai city, prepared revival plan for MTNL in year 2013 and recently in 2019, based on which cabinet approved revival package for BSNL & MTNL. His rich experience in MTNL shall bring value to TCIL.

    Sh. Sanjeev Kumar is Post-graduate in Electronics & Control from BITS Pilani and Full Time MBA from FMS Delhi University.

    Shri Kamendra Kumar obtained his Engineering Degree in 1982 from IIT Roorkee and did the executive management course from IIM Lucknow.

    He started his career as a Scientist in DRDO and later worked in the Government Undertakings, Joint Ventures and the leading Multinationals (MNCs) like ALSTOM CEGELEC (French) and LG (Korean).
    During the student life, he received the High School scholarship, Intermediate scholarship and the National Award. As a part of extra-curricular activities, he remained President of Roorkee University Students’ Association, Convener of All India Youth Festival , Organizing Committee Member of PAN-IIT Association, Member of Executive Council TEMA. He has also got rich experience of widely travelling all around the world.
    His previous assignments included GM, GGM and ED in TCIL, MD in ICSIL on Deputation and the General Manager in LG Systems India Ltd. He has also worked as the Chief Public Information Officer in TCIL.

    With his proven techno-commercial experience of about 35 years, and a variety of exposures with the government and private MNCs, he will be able to add the new dimensions to the growth of the TCIL.

    Shri Narendra Jain is a Cost & Management Accountant and Company Secretary. He secured 16th Rank in ICWA Final Examination in India and was awarded Certificate of Merit by the Institute. He possesses around 30 years of experience in various reputed CPSEs in Steel, Power & Telecom sectors. He has worked in vast areas of Finance & Accounts such as Financial Management, Budgeting, Costing, Corporate & Project Accounts, Taxation, ERP Implementation, Financial Concurrence, Fund Management, Internal Audit, Secretarial and Legal etc. He has been instrumental in bringing improvements in systems & procedures in these areas in the respective organizations. He has represented on the Board of Joint ventures / Subsidiary Companies of TCIL. He has also worked as Arbitrator in a few legal cases. Before taking over the charge of Director (Finance) on 27.03.2018, he was holding the post of Group General Manager (F&A) in TCIL.

    Shri Sanjeev Gupta is an officer of Indian Telecom Service, Group 'A' of 1988 batch. He is a graduate in Electronics & Communication Engg from Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra in 1988. Later on he did his MBA in Marketing management. He joined the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) in 1990. Since then he has worked in various capacities in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, HaryanaandNorth East.He has worked for an international assignment for three years in Kuwait. He is also having four years' experience of working with the telecom regulator TRAI from 2007 to 2010. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of operations, regulatory affairs and various ministerial works in the telecom sector. He is having vast experience in handling the affairs of Public Sector Units in Government of India. He is widely travelled within and outside India. He has made notable contributions in the management of project of Network For Spectrum. Presently, he is working as Deputy Director General (DDG) in the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications.

    Shri Hari Ranjan Rao is an IAS officer of 1994 batch from Madhya Pradesh cadre. He is a Graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications from SGSITS, Indore. He obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy & Management from IIM, Bangalore.

    Mr. Rao has 26 years of diverse experience in the fields of administration, public policy, taxation, urban development, tourism, IT and governance reforms. He has been District Magistrate/District Collector in 3 districts of M.P. i.e. Hoshangabad, Rewa and Jabalpur. Mr. Rao has been the Project Director of Project UDAY – Urban Water Supply and Environment Improvement Project funded by ADB in MP. The Project UDAY included urban water supply and sewerage schemes for large Municipal corporations like Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior and Jabalpur and also policy and governance reforms in Municipal Administration. As Additional Commissioner (Sales Tax), Mr. Rao was involved in transition of Taxation Department from conventional sales tax regime to VAT, which also included complete automation of the Taxation department. Mr. Rao has been MD of various corporations in Madhya Pradesh. As Principal Secretary (Tourism), and MD of MP State Tourism Development Corporation, he has been credited with path breaking tourism policy initiatives and ushering in investments in the tourism sector. Adaptive re-use of heritage buildings and conservation and restoration of heritage properties for hospitality is his passion. As Secretary (IT), Mr. Rao introduced innovative models of e-governance and strengthened IT infrastructure for the State of MP including setting up of State Data Centre (SDC), State Wide Area Network (SWAN), etc. Mr. Rao has been Secretary to Chief Minister of MP for 8 years and has contributed significantly to major policy innovations and governance reforms like roll out of Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act, setting up of CM Helpline call centre and CM Dashboard portal, to name a few.

    Currently, Mr Rao is posted as Jt. Secretary (Telecom) since February, 2020. He is also the Mission Director for National Broadband Mission launched in December, 2019.

    Shri Rohit Vaswani is a practicing Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, Commerce Graduate and also a Law Graduate. He has also accomplished post qualification Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was awarded Certificate of Merit by the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He possesses around 25 years of experience of handling matters related to Direct Taxes, Corporate Taxation, Indirect Taxes including Excise, Service Tax, VAT & GST. He is partner in M/s Raj K. Sri & Co., Chartered Accountants since 1998. He has worked in vast areas of rendering professional services related to Direct and Indirect Taxes, GST implementation, consultancy, legal opinions, GST due diligence, GST system development, handling search & seizure, investigations, show cause notices, appeals, advance rulings and other related services. He has been rendering lectures in various study circles, ICAI faculty for various courses, bar associations, corporates, PSU’s, trade associations and academic institution on Indirect Taxes and GST since about two decades. He is also a qualified ‘Mediator’ under Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (DDRS), Government of NCT of Delhi since more than a decade and working as Mediator with Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT). He has been member of various committees including Special Invitee Member of Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI, Study Group for formulation of “Guidance Note on Accounting for Hydro Power Industry”, Special Purpose Group (SPG-AR), Group for the purpose of bringing out publication(s) for guidance to the members for the development of accounting process outsourcing profession in India. He is member of the Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd), Delhi since about 20 years. Presently, he is Member Advisory Board and past president of BVSS (Bhartiya Vitta Slahkar Samiti), a group of finance professionals working for the betterment of profession and nation.
