TCIL has been present in Kuwait since 1980 and is one of the key contractors for the Ministry of Communication, as well as other Ministries, Departments, and Oil & Gas Companies. TCIL is one of the few companies who arrived in Kuwait shortly after its liberation to undertake rehabilitation work and re-establish the country's telecommunications services. The services provided by TCIL after liberation were highly valued by the Kuwaiti government.

TCIL has well-equipped and qualified people and has provided services to Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), and Wafra Joint Operations for the rehabilitation of telecommunications services in their refineries and oil field areas. TCIL also done many projects for other pioneering organizations such as the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Information, Gulf Sat, Kuwait University, Kuwait Airways, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, the Kuwait National Guards, the Ministry of Défense (MoD), private GSM service providers STC, ZAIN, and Ooredoo, and Internet service providers B-online and Quality Net.

TCIL received appreciation from the Ministry of Communication Government of Kuwait for its efforts, commitments and support during the opening of the Liberation tower for the Public in February,2022.

TCIL Kuwait is the honoured recipient of the ASSP GCC HSE Excellence 2021 GOLD AWARD for excellent practices in Health, Safety, and Environment in Facility & Maintenance and OSP work execution in Kuwait.
