Visit of Shri Kamendra Kumar, Director Technical TCIL and team to Phase 1 PAN Africa Telemedicine Centre in Benin on 30th July 2019 during their Africa tour for Country Agreement signing events in Benin and The Republic of Guinea for running the Tele-Education and Tele-Medicine services under e-Vidyabharati and e-Aarogyabharati Project of MEA, Govt of India to be implemented by TCIL.
