CMAI Association of India has promoted BPO Council of India, which provides platform to Domestic and International Call Centers/OSP licensees for their targeted growth and development.

The Conference focused on OSP related issues prevalent in India along with the vision to achieve interfacing with the various Ministries of Govt. of India, State Governments,Labour/ESI Departments and other Industry forums for contribution towards faster growth by overcoming the challenges.
