In line with TCIL’s commitment to ensure safety and well being of its human resources, an Awareness Session on "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act)" was organized at TCIL Bhawan on February 5, 2026. The session was conducted by Ms. Swati Jindal, Advocate in Supreme Court of India and External Member in various ICCs of Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations
