Implementation of Computer Aided Education in 1500 Education in 1500 schools of Uttar Pradesh under ICT scheme on BOOT basis

TCIL was awarded a prestigious project for “Implementation of Computer aided education in 1500 schools of U.P under ICT scheme on BOOT basis” by Director of Secondary Education, UP. The project was on BOOT Model for an agreement period of 5 years.

The project was successfully completed after providing Computer Education services and operational services for 5 years.

The project required delivery and setup of computer labs at all the 1500 schools and further support to schools for imparting computer education till next five years. 1 Computer Server, 10 Shared Computing Terminals, 2 UPS, 1 Generator, 1 Printer, 1 Video Camera, 1 Web Camera, 1 Scanner, 1 Projector was provided in all the schools along with Tables, Chairs with 5 year onsite warranty. Infrastructure works including latest LAN cabling, Power cabling, painting of room, vinyl flooring, lighting, exhaust fan, earthing etc have been carried out in each school.

Educational multimedia content was provided in each school along with Computer aided Education software for different subjects catering class VI to XII as per approved board syllabus. Broadband Internet connections had also been provided in each school for students and teachers. One full time instructor was appointed at each school with IT / Computer background and computer education was imparted to students successfully.

Implementation of ICT@School project for providing Computer Aided Education in 591 schools of Odisha under ICT scheme on BOOT basis

TCIL has been awarded project for “Implementation of the ICT@School Project in 591 Government and Government Aided Higher Secondary Schools across the State of Odisha, for providing Computer Education Services and maintenance of equipment, on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model” by Odisha Knowledge Corporation Ltd on behalf of Department of Mass Education, ODISHA. The project is under operation phase currently.

ICT labs have been successfully installed in all schools. ICT Lab equipment includes 1 Computer Server, 10 Shared Computing Terminals, 1 Standby Server, 1 UPS, 1 Servo Stabiliser, 1 Generator, 1 Multi Function Printer, 1 Scanner, 1 Integrated Computer Projector, 1 Interactive white Board in all the schools along with Tables, Chairs with 5 year onsite warranty. Infrastructure works include latest LAN cabling, Power cabling, painting of room, lighting, exhaust fan, earthing etc. One full time instructor / school coordinator was provided at each school with IT / Computer background. The O&M is being provided in each school which includes supply of stationary/consumables, providing internet connections, payment of Electricity charges for ICT lab, Generator fuel, teacher training etc.

Implementation of ICT@School project for providing Computer Education services in 1110 schools of Delhi under ICT scheme on BOOT basis

TCIL has been awarded project for “Implementation of the ICT@School Project in Government and Government Aided Higher Secondary Schools across Delhi, for providing Computer Education Services and maintenance of equipment, on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model” by Department of Education, Delhi. The project is under operation phase.

ICT labs have been successfully installed in all schools. ICT Lab equipment includes 1 Computer Server, 10 Shared Computing Terminals, UPS, 1 Generator, 1 Laser Printer, 1 Scanner, 1 Projector etc in all the schools along with Tables, Chairs with 5 year onsite warranty. Infrastructure works include latest LAN cabling, Power cabling, painting of room, lighting, exhaust fan, earthing etc. One Computer instructor has been provided in each school with IT / Computer background for imparting Computer Education and Computer Aided learning.
